Open for business since September 2008, the Rossland Council for Arts and Culture is pleased to support the Rouge, a gallery of local art, Located on the main street of Rossland at 2123 Columbia Ave.

Rouge is an artist-supported undertaking, giving us the chance to showcase the exceptional talent that graces the city of Rossland.
