Supporting Youth in the Arts: Kootenay Danceworks Upcoming Performances

Digital Media Film Making Workshops for Youth: October 2012

This fall, the Rossland Council for Arts & Culture (RCAC) and KAST are teaming up with and municipal recreation departments in Rossland, Trail, Castlegar, as well as Crawford Bay Community School, to host digital film-making workshops for youth ages 13-18.

Local film-making legend Amy Bohigian of Watershed Productions will be teaching the basics of storyboarding, shooting, editing, and production.

All materials and equipment will be provided, and each workshop will take on a maximum of 8 kids. These camps will be a great opportunity to get prepped for the upcoming REEL Youth Film Festival in November!
