Derek Frankowski Photography Workshop

In the spirit of constant progression, the Rossland Mountain Film Festival is pleased to announce that it has engaged Derek Frankowski to host and present a three-hour workshop. 

Drawing on his work with National Geographic Adventure, Outside Magazine, and numerous other publications, he will demystify ‘breaking into’ the industry, how best to identify and develop a market, and how to improve one’s own photography.

Hobbyists, recreational shooters, and committed photo/film buffs are welcome to attend the event taking place at the Rock Cut Restaurant/Pub.

As an additional bonus (and in keeping with the film focus of the RMFF) Frankowski will also be showing a clip from his latest film project Lifecycles, an HD film production .

Intended as a practical guide and an inspirational introduction (or refresher) for aspiring photographers/filmmakers, the workshop size is limited, so organizers recommend registering early.  The workshop cost is $25.00.
